Winter is on its way and it's time to get cosy. We have lots of classes and workshops planned to help you relax, keep moving (and keep you warm!) through the coming months.
Join Nichi for Yamuna Body Rolling to ease your your aches and pains, Tanja will be running a relaxing Thai Massage workshop, and if you find yourself stuck at a desk most of the day, Sarah has the perfect remedy to free up your neck, back and shoulders - Get off your Ass-ana!

THAI MASSAGE WORKSHOP

Learn how to give a simple but effective Thai massage. Often described as 'lazy yoga'  this amazing therapy uses acupressure, energy line massage and applied yoga-based stretches to align the body, increase flexibility and relieve tension in the body - BOOK HERE

 
THE ART OF SEQUENCING - VINYASA FLOW IMMERSION


Sunday 5th November, 10.00-14.00, £30

If you're interested in Teacher Training or just looking for a deeper insight into Vinyasa Yoga, this workshop is for you. Learn the art of yoga sequencing and how to develop a creative and fluid practice. We will look at different sequences and work in groups to develop new ones -  BOOK HERE

 INTRO TO BUDDHIST MEDITATION - 3 WEEK COURSE

FREE YOGA
On Sunday 29th October we will be running four free yoga classes with our teacher trainees from 11.30am-4pm, click HERE to book your space.

MONDAY CLASSES
We've tweaked our Monday evening timetable, new class times are:
Hatha Yoga: 5.30-6.30pm (now in the main studio)
Beginners Yoga: 18.40-7.55pm
Ashtanga Improvers: 20.10pm-21.40pm
