Terms and Conditions of online booking

No refunds on credit card payments unless class is cancelled. Please bring proof of purchase with you to claim cards and blocks. Refunds on shop items when stock returned.

Refund Policy

Block card, membership, workshop refunds - full refund within 24 hours, less than 1 week 50% of purchase price. After 1 week no refunds and no extensions to block booking without a genuine medical reason. No extensions on membership. No refunds on taster sessions or workshops.

Complaints Policy

If you have a complaint about a teacher or a class please contact us within 48 hours. We will try and deal with it as efficiently as possible. We are always happy to help-you can call, email or come and see us most evenings before classes start.
