1pm to 5pm. Cost £35.

New Class
Liz will be starting a new Yin/Yang Yoga class starting Monday 7th November. This will explore the nature of using long held poses - Yin and the benefits it can give in a Yang practice. Cost is £5.00 and during November if you bring a friend they come for free. Please note that payment is to teacher only.
Union Yoga Teacher Training Starts 29th September 2012 with Brian Cooper and Nichi Green

Studio Hire
Our beautiful studio is available to hire for workshops,training, rehearsals,photo shoots and childrens' birthday parties. We also have a smaller room available for massage/ complimentary therapies and small group meetings with access to a kitchen. Very competitive rates, regular repeat bookings at a lower rate.
