Want to improve your yoga practice and general fitness? This monthly class will help you get stronger and understand why its essential to build strength.


Yoga For Strength

Join Amy for these monthly classes to help you get stronger within your practice! 
Strength and stability plays a key component in stabilising the joints and helping you to practice safely, and move into more advanced postures with confidence.
Each session will have a different focus, with a flow element to warm up and demonstrate how to incorporate different strength elements within your practice.
There will be some drills and  asana breakdown , with progressions shown so you can safely move forwards in your practice!
Suitable for people with some yoga experience. Expect to move your body in some new ways and have some fun!

Amy completed her 250hr Teacher Training with the Yoga Space in July and  is currently continuing her studies to 500hr hour training at the Dharma yoga center New York and is excited to be bringing the classes to the Yogs space Leeds, and hopes to pass on some of the joy she has experienced from this practice.
