Stay for three nights to truly appreciate this delightful location. This will be Nichis' 4th Yoga weekend here and they just keep getting better and better.
We will start with a Yoga workshop on the Friday afternoon at 2.30pm to 4pm after which you can get into your accommodation. Dinner will be at Nichis' house at 7.30pm and you will get to meet the rest of the group. These weekends are always very social but you always have the option to do your own thing after all it is your holiday.
Saturday starts with meditation and then a Vinyasa class including pranayama. after that its breakfast in your accommodation and free time until the afternoon yoga session at 3pm. This will be a technique based workshop. There will be an hour of Body rolling after this class to help you unwind and another meditation session. ( if the weather is good we will sit outside). We all meet again for dinner at Nichis' house which will be healthy veggie and vegan food.
The Sunday starts a little later again with meditation followed by a vinyasa practice and pranayama. We will finish the weekend as a group with a body rolling class in the afternoon.
Accommodation is in small shared houses and couples and friends are accommodated together. Let Nichi know if you are booking as a couple or with a friend or group well in advance.
Nichi has been running Yoga weekends and holidays for the last 12 years and chooses great locations at very reasonable prices. She loves taking groups away to her favourite places and has taught in Northumberland, Lake District, Portugal, Ibiza, Crete and Sri Lanka.
