Stay for three nights to truly appreciate this delightful location.
We will start with a Yoga workshop on the Friday afternoon at 5pm Accommodation is available from 4pm. These weekends are always very social but you always have the option to do your own thing after all it is your holiday.
Saturday starts with meditation ( we sometimes sit outside if weather is good) and then a Vinyasa class including pranayama. after that its breakfast in your accommodation and free time until the afternoon yamuna session at 4pm. We all meet again for dinner with Nichi and the group at the chapel house which will be healthy veggie and vegan food around 8pm.
The Sunday starts a little later again with meditation followed by a vinyasa practice and pranayama. We will finish the weekend as a group with a body rolling class in the afternoon around 3.30pm.
Accommodation is in small shared houses and couples and friends are accommodated together. Let Nichi know if you are booking as a couple or with a friend or group well in advance. Most of the rooms are double bedrooms with a couple of single beds available. Early booking is recommended if you want to share with a friend.
Nichi has been running Yoga weekends and holidays for the last 13 years and chooses great locations at very reasonable prices. She loves taking groups away to her favourite places and has taught in Northumberland, Lake District, Portugal, Ibiza, Crete and Sri Lanka. Many of her students return time and time again as they enjoy the balance of these retreats and the relaxed schedule.
Nichi is the founder and director of The Yoga Space and has also been teaching on popular online studio Ekhart Yoga for the last 4 years. Price is is £235 per person in twin room or £190 per person in a shared double room. This includes accommodation for 3 nights, breakfasts for 2 mornings, all yoga and yamuna sessions and dinner on the Saturday evening.
