Nichi will be teaching a Vinyasa Flow week in at Triopetra in Southern Crete 14th to 21st August 2010.
Set right on the beach this is a perfect location for a relaxing Yoga holiday. 
Nichi will teach pranayama and an early flow class
in the mornings and a slow deep flow late afternoon followed by meditation.
