3 Peaks and Yoga Weekend
A fantastic Yoga, Yamuna and Walking Weekend with Nichi Green and Sarah Booth in the wonderful Yorkshire Dales. Staying in a fabulous bunk barn at the bottom of Whernside you will have the opportunity to walk a peak a day with Sarah. All food is provided from the Friday evening and complete yoga beginners are very welcome. A good general level of fitness is required for walking plus good walking boots and waterproofs.
10am Meet at Whernside and walk first peak. Please bring a packed lunch and a drink.
4pm Go to accommodation for a cuppa, homemade cake and settle in.
5.30pm Welcome Yoga session with Nichi.
7.30pm Veggie/vegan dinner
8.30am Meditation and Yoga session with Nichi
11am Set off for Pen-Y-Ghent
4.30pm Return to accommodation
5.30pm- 6.45pm Yamuna Body Rolling session to ease legs, feet and back with Nichi
8am-9.30am Yoga and Meditation with Nichi
9.30-10.30am Pack up and breakfast.
11am Set off for last peak Ingleborough
Nichi– has been running yoga weekends and holidays since 2003 and always combines a good blend of yoga, relaxation, great food and good company in beautiful locations. She is director of The Yoga Space, Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals and an internationally recognised teacher with online studio Ekhart Yoga.
Sarah-has been a been coming to the yoga space for over 10 years and has attended many of Nichi’s retreats . Sarah, once a runner turned to yoga to compliment her sporty endurance training. Over the years Sarah has shifted to being a yogini and outdoor adventurer. When not doing yoga, she can be found up a mountain or walking most weekends. With their love of the outdoors, yoga and holidays this team effort is one not to be missed! You can choose to walk every day or take it easy. Its up to you.
Investment- £235 per person includes two nights accommodation in shared dormitories and all food and refreshments from Friday eve to Sunday lunch, yoga and yamuna classes. Transport is not included though car sharing will be encouraged.
Booking- A place can be secured with £100 deposit. Please note this is non refundable.
Who Should Join
Any student who wants to learn more about their anatomy in relation to Yoga or their physical well being. Great for dancers, sporty types and keen yoga students. Beginners to yoga also welcome.

Pregnancy & Post Natal
Suitable for 2nd trimester if you already have a Yoga practice.
